Conceptualized and created by a seasoned musician, this app serves as your dedicated thaalam companion for home practices, recordings, teaching sessions, and even performances or concerts when you require thaalam accompaniment.

The app offers:

<li>Common thaalas such as Aadi, Rupaka (3 beat), and Saptha (7) thaalas (Eka, Rupaka, Thriputa, Matya, Jhampa, Dhruva & Ata) with pancha (5) jaathis (thrisra, chathurasra, khanda, mishra, sankeerna)</li>
<li>Pancha (5) gathis (nadai) with double beat (chaukam) mode</li>
<li>Khanda, Mishra & Sankeerna chaapu thaalas</li>
</ul>

Key features also include alternate styles of Mishra/Sankeerna chaapu, various gathi speeds, Metronome beats mode with a broad speed range (10-140 bpm), and precise speed adjustment capabilities. The visual display of thaalam cycle provides detailed information such as animated hand movements, total beats/sub-beats, and current position in the thaalaangaas to aid in understanding beats and sub-beats for different gathis visually.

This comprehensive tool ensures a thorough understanding of thaalam cycle and acts as an invaluable asset for Carnatic musicians, teachers, and students across different musical disciplines and expertise levels. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, the app elevates practice sessions and aids in enhancing musical expressions and performances such as swarakalpana, mukthayis, and varnam/keerthana/pallavi renditions.

The app offers three levels of upgrades catering to musicians at various stages of their musical journey, making it accessible and affordable for all users. The basic level is provided free of charge and is ideal for early-stage learners to engage with music effectively.

Note: Users have the option to explore higher levels without purchasing to experience advanced features before deciding to upgrade progressively.

Basic Level: Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate level students
